Rod Stewart Honours Fans

Rod Stewart surprised lucky fans with very special thank you messages last night which appeared locally during ad breaks on ITV.
The fans were unknowingly nominated by loved ones to receive messages from the rock icon. The messages gave thanks for his fans’ support throughout his illustrious career which most recently saw his new album ‘Blood Red Roses’ hit the UK Number 1 spot-his ninth UK No.1.

The terms of the competition were to nominate the biggest Rod fan you know for Rod to show them his appreciation and, within a matter of minutes, the nominations flooded in with people commenting about their loved ones passion for and, at times, over-dedication for Rod.

One lucky fan was Rita Rickman whose sister Jackie Davies nominated her because ‘she has been a fan of Sir Rod since the early 1970s.
