UK May Headline Tour Announced
Includes Date At London’s Koko On May 30th

Tiny Habits – the young, fast-rising harmony trio composed of singer-songwriters Maya Rae, Cinya Khan, and Judah Mayowa – release their highly anticipated single and video ‘Wishes’ today. They have also announced their debut album, All For Something, out May 24th via Mom+Pop.

Written collectively and individually by all three bandmates, the album’s twelve tracks take on themes of sensitivity, insecurity, nostalgia, love and friendship. The trio has built up a loyal following of fans and friends including fellow artists Kacey Musgraves, Noah Kahan, Gracie Abrams, Phoebe Bridgers, Elton John, and the late great David Crosby. Produced by Tony Berg and Will Maclellan (Boygenius, Phoebe Bridgers), All for Something radiates with the band’s trademark angelic harmonies atop a richly-layered musical backdrop.

Pre-save All For Something HERE, and listen to ‘Wishes’ – what the group calls “our most personal song to date” HERE.

With its painfully honest lyrics, ‘Wishes’ shares Tiny Habits’ innermost vulnerabilities, opening up about everything from family dynamics and body image to anxiety and people-pleasing. Cinya, Maya, and Judah each contributed their own verse to the track in the hopes that their shared thoughts and feelings might help others feel not quite so alone.

Cinya writes “I came to the realisation that my experience, while unique to me, was one shared by so many others.” Maya adds, “Writing my own verse to this already heart wrenching, emotional, and vulnerable song felt so cathartic and honestly, just so healing.” And Judah shares “This song was something my physical and spiritual being needed. It became such a crucial turning point in my songwriting. I only want to share honest art and never shy away from vulnerability.”

Watch the ‘Wishes’ video HERE and read full statements about the song from each band member below.

Tiny Habits were formed in Boston in 2022 while the band were still students at the Berklee College of Music. They soon began gaining recognition for the harmony-focused song covers recorded in their dorm stairwell and posted to millions of listeners on TikTok. They released their first EP of original songs Tiny Things in April 2023 and soon earned a spot opening for Gracie Abrams on her North American tour. Later that year they hit the road again supporting Noah Kahan in Europe.

They have performed with Lizzy McAlpine on her Tiny Desk appearance, harmonised with Kacey Musgraves and Laufey among many others, and were recently profiled in The New Yorker which touted them “The Prodigies of Harmonies”. The band just wrapped their first-ever headlining North American tour which continues across Europe in May before making their Lollapalooza debut this summer.

Following a run of UK dates with Noah Kahan last year & a sold-out date at London’s XOYO, Tiny Habits return to the UK this May for a run of dates, culminating with a show at Koko in London on May 30th. Tickets are available HERE.

ACCLAIMED VOCALIST AND SONGWRITER HONORS A DEAR FRIEND AND MENTOR WITH THE SWINGING BLUES OF ‘SHOWMAN DAN’

WATCH THE HEARTWARMING VIDEO HERE

FIRST ALBUM IN SIX YEARS

LET’S WALK, OUT JUNE 28TH ON THIRTY TIGERS

Plays LFJ Summer Series at Barbican Centre in London on July 21st

 Tickets available HERE

Renowned singer/songwriter Madeleine Peyroux has released a touching video for her new track ‘Showman Dan,’ which appears on her forthcoming album Let’s Walk (out June 28th on Thirty Tigers). Madeleine will also return to the UK for a very special show at London’s Barbican Centre on Sunday July 21st as part of the LFJ Summer Series.

Peyroux wrote the song in honor of her longtime friend and mentor Daniel William Fitzgerald, aka Showman Dan, who passed away in 2017. The video features performance footage, joyful home movies and personal photos honoring the charismatic and giving entertainer. The moving tribute shows Showman Dan through years performing all over and collaborating with up-and-coming musicians, including a young, yet-to-be-discovered Peyroux. Watch ‘Showman Dan’ HERE.

From 1975 until his death, Dan toured across the US and Europe as the leader of the Lost Wandering Blues and Jazz Band. They performed just about everywhere and anywhere, including the streets, public squares, the underground, small theatres, jazz clubs and even the private homes of royalty. Dan had a profound impact on Peyroux as an artist and as a human being, which cannot be overstated.

There’s so much living to discover in the telling of a life and so many ways to tell a life story, but here are just a few simple facts about Danny,” says Peyroux. “He was not ‘famous,’ though he has thousands of friends all over the world who still mourn him. And he was not a ‘musician,’ though he taught hundreds of people how to play music. He was not much of a father to his only son, though he is known as the godfather of buskers to many, including me. We met in Paris, France in 1989. He lived on a barge outside of the city, full of hats and coats, art pieces made from found objects, a pump organ, guitars, espresso pots, a dentist chair, lamps made from the bottom halves of mannequins, a portrait of Big Maybelle, photos of friends, and of course people: everyone was welcome to stay on the boat if they needed to. I was homeless and penniless and difficult and a child and arrogant and a budding alcoholic. He took me in. He gave me a job and a home and a second family. He sang and taught the music of Bessie Smith, Jimmy Reed, Fats Waller, Billie Holiday, and so many others.” She concludes, “Danny was my friend, my teacher, and oftentimes, my father. He would challenge the rebel in me with, ‘Who are you supposed to be?’ If he were to ask me now, I’d say, “I’m yours.””

Let’s Walk is Peyroux’s ninth album, and her first in six years. She co-wrote the entire album with longtime collaborator Jon Herington and the songs represent her most diverse, intimate and courageous work to date. Peyroux shares thoughtful and revealing views on personal and societal concerns, while seamlessly blending jazz, folk, gospel blues, Americana, chamber pop, Latin rhythms and a touch of light humor into the mix. The songs are interwoven around contemplative, observational and confessional narratives, making it the deepest and most substantive album in her catalog.

Peyroux offers hope through understanding and community by using one of our most unifying means, music.

First Single ‘Heartless’ Out Now

Summer UK Tour Announced
Plays London Eventim Apollo June 22nd

“Rateliff is an exuberant, un-guarded storyteller, sharing personal details

in conversation as openly as he does in his songs.”Rolling Stone

“He’s out to shake the sheets, sermonize and get downright elemental.”NPR Music

Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats today announce their fourth full-length studio album South of Here, set for release June 28, 2024, via Stax—pre-order the album HERE. Ahead of the album, the band has shared the first single, ‘Heartless’ —listen/share HERE.

Produced by Brad Cook (Waxahatchee, Bon Iver, Kevin Morby) and recorded at Sonic Ranch outside El Paso, Texas, South of Here reckons with a lifetime of pain and trauma and transforms it into a stirring, soul-baring rumination on love, loss, hope and resolve.

Following And It’s Still Alright, Rateliff’s beloved 2020 solo LP, and The Future, The Night Sweats’ acclaimed 2021 release, South of Here seamlessly blends both sides of his immense talent: emotionally potent, vivid storytelling and the rugged, R&B revivalism that has powered the band to world-wide acclaim over the past decade. Across 11 original tracks, all written by Rateliff & performed by The Night Sweats: Nathaniel Rateliff, Luke Mossman, Joseph Pope III, Mark Shusterman, Patrick Meese, Daniel Hardaway, Jeff Dazey, and Andreas Wild, the band, in peak form, plays with intuitive beauty while Cook’s production captures the group’s soulful fire with immediacy and purpose.

Brad was a great producer to write alongside. This album is a look into my own struggle with anxiety, insecurity and also stories of my life. He encouraged me to take responsibility for my own narrative in the songs and to write about what’s happening in my own life,” Rateliff notes. “These recordings were done together in a room with my closest friends. I hope these songs and stories give you an opportunity to better understand your own struggles, whatever they may be.

Over the course of his career, Nathaniel Rateliff has generated widespread acclaim from critics and musicians alike. Robert Plant recently placed him among the next generation of greats. “He is one of these guys that will just carry the torch. Beautiful songwriting, beautiful singing, great delivery and he is a magnificent guy to go with it.”

Born from the rock clubs in and around Denver, CO., Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats have released three LPs, two EPs, and a live album. Since their 2015 self-titled breakthrough album, the band has established themselves as generational talents through their ecstatic and dynamic live performances and a growing catalog of essential studio recordings. South of Here is another mighty leap forward. Bound by the struggle for identity and the search for belonging, it reverberates with the understanding that we’re all in this beautiful mess together.

New Album Meltdown

Out August 9th On Staple Diet Records

November UK Headline Tour Announced
London, Brixton Electric – Nov 14th

Headline Shows @ Glasgow O2 Academy – May 23rd & 24th

Following the announcement of their forthcoming album Meltdown, Scotland’s finest alt-rockers Twin Atlantic have released the album’s fourth cut in new single ‘Get Out’. Meltdown will be released August 9th digitally and September 13th on physical formats on the band’s own label, Staple Diet Records.

A straight-up, anthemic rock banger, ‘Get Out’ is Twin Atlantic at their guitar-driven best; loud, infectious and ready made for festival stages. “‘Get Out’ was one of the first out and out rock songs we had written for years. It was the real catalyst for the whole album to be honest,” lead singer Sam McTrusty said of the track. “It came together so naturally and made us realise that it was definitely the right time to revisit that sound. It feels like a real anthem and hopefully people can take away the positive message behind the inspiration for the song. A wake up moment. Act now, think later. Get out of your own way.” Listen to ‘Get Out’ HERE & watch HERE.

Produced by McTrusty and bassist Ross McNae and mixed by longtime collaborator Romesh Dodangoda, from top to bottom Meltdown is a return to form for the band. Eleven slices of infectious, masterful pop-rock, Meltdown is equal parts guitar heavy bangers and emotionally driven heartfelt anthems. With one foot firmly in nostalgia, while wholeheartedly looking to the future, Twin Atlantic are back to their very best.

Over the last 18 months we have been relentlessly obsessing over the making of a new album. We built two studios to have our own freedom and space to dig deeper into the essence of our band,” Sam said of the recording process. “That freedom evolved into engineering and producing the album ourselves. Zero outside influences. What we’ve got in the end is something we are so proud of and feels like our best work yet. The time felt right to revisit our roots and dive back into the big chorus’s and massive guitars that shaped our band’s early years, but obviously having lived life and toured the world since then we found an evolution of that sound.”

After a run of Scottish headline dates in May, the band will head out back out on the road this winter for a string of UK headline dates in November. Kicking off at Boilershop in Newcastle on November 7th, the tour will see the band play London’s Brixton Electric on November 14th. Tickets for all shows on sale HERE.

Twin Atlantic play the following UK dates:

May

Wed 22nd Aberdeen, Beach Ballroom

Thu 23rd Glasgow, O2 Academy SOLD-OUT

Fri 24th Glasgow, O2 Academy

November
Thu 7th Newcastle, Boilershop

Fri 8th Leeds, Wardrobe

REVEAL BREATHTAKING DUET VERSION OF ‘FROM THE JUMP

JAMES ARTHUR UK SUMMER TOUR ON SALE HERE

INCLUDING BIGGEST HEADLINE SHOW TO DATE AT HOMETOWN MIDDLESBROUGH RIVERSIDE STADIUM

Taken from James Arthur’s #1 album Bitter Sweet Love

If pop lovers around the globe had to sit down and come up with the perfect duet collaboration, it might be something like this: mega-charming Grammy winner with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame meets remarkably down-to-earth RIAA Diamond Single awardee with a recent No. 1 album up his sleeve.

In real life, however, it is even more than that: KELLY CLARKSON and JAMES ARTHUR together on one record means two global superstars with legions of fans, billions of streams, hundreds of celebrated performances, multiple awards, and countless number 1 hits amplify their experience and musical excellence to send FROM THE JUMP straight to pop paradise. Listen HERE.

FROM THE JUMP is the duet version of Arthur’s album track and the fourth official release from Bitter Sweet Love, which dropped in early 2024 and went on to become his second number 1 album. The intimate yet powerful ballad is the ideal setting for a magical encounter: Just when we’ve made ourselves comfortable in Arthur’s gentle vocal embrace, letting him take us back to the summer breeze and fall asleep out by the willow trees, Clarkson steps in to promise she will find and hold her lover forever: Remember, I told you I’ll never let go. And when Clarkson and Arthur finally unite their passion in the shared chorus, any uncertainty dissolves.

James Arthur says of the collaboration: “When I heard Kelly’s vocals on this, my mind was blown. What a great honor to have someone of her caliber feature on one of my favorite songs from this body of work. I’m so excited for the fans to hear it.”

Kelly Clarkson adds: “James has such an incredible voice, so I was stoked when he sent me this song to jump on with him. I love singing with artists who inspire me and vocalists I adore! That’s my favorite kind of duet partner. FROM THE JUMP is such a cool song. It has this singer/songwriter vibe but with these pop elements of catchiness that I really dig. The melody is beautiful, and the writing is so great that I was very excited to sing on it with him!”

If there have ever been voices that inspire us to believe that everything is possible and make the line, I knew I’d die for you right from the jump the most endearing declaration of love – it’s definitely these two. FROM THE JUMP is this year’s anthem for all the incurable lovers out there – with fragile storytelling, earth-shaking emotion, and a gigantic melody performed by true masters of their craft.

About James Arthur:

Following the success of his latest UK chart-topping album Bitter Sweet Love, multi-Platinum artist James Arthur has recently returned from his sold-out UK and Europe tour to celebrate his second #1 album after eight years in the industry: “I feel this is symbolic of all the highs and lows in my career – everything I’ve been through.” The Middlesbrough-born songwriter has scored four Top Ten albums, with 2016’s “Back From The Edge” hitting the No. 1 spot for the first time, three Brit Award nominations and collaborated with the likes of Anne-Marie, Sigala, Rudimental, Marshmello and many more.

The Brit Billion-certified artist will also be gearing up for the biggest headline show of his career as he takes on a huge hometown show at Middlesbrough’s Riverside Stadium on June 8th. The show will see him joined by special guests McFly and Lauran Hibberd. VIP packages are available via www.sjm-vip.com.

In addition to his triumphant return to hometown Middlesbrough, Arthur has also released a series of outdoor UK Summer shows kicking off in Millenium Square, Leeds. His Robin Park, Wigan date brings the addition of some very special guests Gabrielle and Scouting for Girls joining the lineup. All remaining tickets are on sale here.

Today, Arthur is one of the world’s biggest streaming artists, with more than 38 million monthly listeners on Spotify alone. “Say You Won’t Let Go” became his breakthrough hit in the US, was officially the UK’s most streamed song in 2016, and has gone on to be enjoyed via four billion streams while the song’s official video has achieved 1.5 billion views on YouTube. Earlier this year, the track became his first RIAA Diamond Single with ten million certified units, making James one of just 100 recipients of an RIAA Diamond Single certification in the programme’s history.

Other hits releases include: “Impossible,” “Can I Be Him,” “Naked,” “Empty Space,” “Rewrite the Stars,” “Train Wreck,” and “Lasting Lover,” which are all certified Platinum records. The song “Cars Outside” is currently becoming another global hit for James.

“His bluesy rasp comes into its own on aching ballad ‘A Year Ago’, while ‘Blindside’ recalls fellow North-Easterner Sam Fender. If Fender is the Geordie Springsteen, maybe Arthur is the ‘Boro Boss.”Daily Mail 4*

“James has never sounded so in command, both of that compelling raspy voice and of his soaring songs.”
Daily Star

About Kelly Clarkson:

Kelly Clarkson is one of the most popular artists of this era with total worldwide sales of over 25 million albums and 40 million singles. Her multi-Emmy Award-winning daytime talk show, “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” kicked off its 5th season earlier this year and the show has already been picked up through 2025. Additionally, she was the winning coach on seasons 14, 15, 17, and 21 of “The Voice.” The Texas-born singer-songwriter first came to fame in 2002 as the winner of the inaugural season of American Idol and quickly became one of pop’s top singles artists, in addition to the first artist to top each of Billboard’s pop, adult contemporary, country and dance charts.

“Chemistry” marks Kelly’s tenth studio album for which she received a Grammy nomination for “Best Pop Vocal Album.” “Chemistry” debuted to outstanding reviews in conjunction with an exclusive sold-out Las Vegas engagement, where she and her band immersed fans in an intimate music experience that spans her two-decade long catalog of award-winning hits. Clarkson has released nine albums, one EP, one greatest hits album and two children’s books (New York Times bestseller “River Rose and the Magical Lullaby” and “River Rose and the Magical Christmas”).

Taken From Forthcoming, First Ever Italian-Speaking New Album Miss ItaliaOut May 17th

Includes Further Collaborations with Zucchero, Miles Kane,
Carla Morrison, Delilah Montagu & more

UK Festival Dates
May 2nd – Cheltenham Jazz Festival

June 13th – London, Hampton Court Palace
July 5th – Dreamland, Margate Summer Series
July 18th – York, Museum Gardens
Aug 16th – Sedgewick, Hardwick Festival

Jack Savoretti today unveils an exciting collaboration with Natalie Imbruglia, who lends her impeccable vocals to his stunning new single Ultime Parole, taken from his new, first-ever-all-Italian-speaking album Miss Italia – out May 17th.

Today’s new single follows the beautiful collaboration between Jack and Italian superstar singer-songwriter Zucchero on the renowned track Senza una Donna (Without A Woman)’, as well as album opener Come Posso Raccontare.

Natalie says of the collaboration; “I had so much fun recording ‘Ultime Parole’ with Jack. I’m thrilled he invited me to collaborate on this beautiful song that’s reconnected me with my Italian heritage. My dad will be so proud! Jack and I have known each other since the early days of our career. He is an incredible artist and I think our voices really complement each other.”

Jack adds; “This song is a very important song to me, and I wanted someone very important to sing it with. Natalie and I always had these 6 degrees of separation since the day I started making music, but having known each other over the years not only do I have the utmost love and respect for her but we both have the utmost love and respect for all things Italian, mostly for our Italian heritage.”

The album came at an important moment in Jack’s life, as his Italian father had recently passed away. Jack explains; My father was the anchor that tied me to Italy, the connection to my roots that I felt I was at risk of losing without him. So I went back to school. I didn’t want to imitate Italian music, I wanted to make it my own, combining everything I had learned over almost 20 years of experience from working in America, England, and Italy, merging Anglo-Saxon singer-songwriting with Italian to create something unique. I first had to learn to write in Italian before making MY album in Italian.”

Jack’s reputation as a singer-songwriter is perfectly epitomised by the kinds of collaborators he attracts, previously including cultural icons the likes of Bob Dylan, Kylie Minogue, Shania Twain, Sophie Ellis-Bextor and Nile Rodgers among many others. However, and albeit being bi-lingual from birth, writing in Italian was uncharted territory for an artist who has been making and sold millions of albums for over sixteen years, releasing seven over this period, two of which have reached #1 in the UK album charts – Singing To Strangers in 2019 and his most recent release, Europiana, in 2021.

Natalie Imbruglia was propelled into the limelight in 1997 with her breakthrough debut album Left Of The Middle. She first stole hearts with her chart-topping smash hit, ‘Torn’, and the song became an immediate international hit in November 1997 reaching #2 on the UK Singles Chart, #1 airplay around the world and with more than a million copies sold in the UK alone. Following the release of five subsequent albums, Natalie made a triumphant return with her critically acclaimed sixth studio album, Firebird, released in 2021, which shot straight to No.10 in the chart. Natalie has won 2 Brit Awards and received 3 Grammy Nominations, as well as winning the third series of UK Version of The Masked Singer.

For Miss Italia Jack went on a journey that saw him hone his craft even further and in a completely different language. He sourced a who’s who from the contemporary songwriting scene in Italy. A group of fellow craftsmen and women including further special collaborations with the likes of Miles Kane, Carla Morrison, Delilah Montagu, as well as Natalie Imbruglia & Zucchero, who he could collaborate with and learn from. In doing so, he didn’t make an album in Italian, he made the new Jack Savoretti record which happens to be in Italian, and a perfect tribute to his late father.

The beautiful results are Miss Italia – an album that sounds every bit Jack Savoretti whilst also being a first.

New Album Happenings
Out July 5th via Columbia Records

Massive Summer Shows Announced:
Leicester, Victoria Park – Saturday July 6th

Headlining Latitude Festival – July 26th

Following the announcement of their anticipated new album Happenings, Kasabian, have released the third cut from the album in ‘Coming Back To Me Good’. The band will perform the brand new single on The Jonathan Ross Show tomorrow night.

One of the album’s euphoric, dance moments, ‘Coming Back To Me Good’ mixes sophisticated pop flourishes with a true ‘hug your mates’ chorus as it fizzes with wide-eyed hopefulness. “It’s got that disco drive, but there’s also a moment of togetherness,” Serge says of the track. “I imagine playing this when the sun’s out and your team is in the semi-final because it’s just so joyful.Listen to ‘Coming Back To Me Good’ HERE.

Co-produced by Serge and Mark Ralph (Zara Larsson, Clean Bandit, Rudimental), the follow up to 2022’s #1 album The Alchemist’s Euphoria, Happenings is 10 quick, sharp, visceral doses of fresh heavy hitters, drawing inspiration from the anything-goes art performance late-1950s. Veering between the dance floor to the mosh pit, tracks over three minutes were outlawed (well nearly), and with those 10 tracks clocking up to 26 minutes (“A minute shorter than the Ramones debut”), Happenings is not only an album that never overstays its welcome, but leaves listeners craving more.

Ahead of a headline slot at this year’s Latitude festival Kasabian will once again make their hometown a creative focal point as they return to Leicester’s Victoria Park this summer on July 6th. Tickets on sale HERE.

Kasabian are: Serge Pizzorno, bassist Chris Edwards, drummer Ian Matthews
and guitarist Tim Carter

New Album $10 Cowboy out April 26th via Son of Davy/Thirty Tigers

Plays Three Sold-Out Headline Shows @ London’s Hoxton Hall
May 6th, 7th & 8th

Today, Charley Crockett releases “Solitary Road,” a third preview from his upcoming album $10 Cowboy, out April 26th via Son of Davy/Thirty Tigers. For $10 Cowboy, Crockett wrote freely, over a two-month period, as he wound his way across the United States on the back of a tour bus. The resulting songs—raw, personal, vivid portraits of a country in transition—ended up being connected.

Crockett, who Rolling Stone dubbed “a must-see live performer,” will return to the capital in May, playing what will be three electric sold-out nights at London’s Hoxton Hall on May 6th, 7th & 8th. For further ticket info head HERE.

$10 Cowboy was recorded at Arlyn Studios in Austin, TX, produced by Crockett and his long-time collaborator Billy Horton. It was recorded live to tape, with anywhere from 6-12 musicians on each track, giving the songs the feel of a live performance. It’s a sound Crockett has been after for years. “The reason I cut it on tape is, when you get the right folks in the room, great players rise to the occasion. When that red light is on and the tape is rolling, you get the magic of a performance.”

It’s exactly what he achieved with $10 Cowboy. Regular bandmates Kullen Fox, Nathan Fleming, and Mario Valdez are joined by some of the genre’s most talented players—Rich Brotherton, Kevin Smith, Dave LeRoy Biller, Jason Lee Moeller, T. Jarrod Bonta and others, including a string quartet. Lauren Cervantes and Angela Miller sing on the album. While the musicianship and accompaniment are exquisite, they are also subtle, placed joyously, yet judiciously across the album.

First Single ‘Enjoy The Ride’ Out Now

Listen HERE & Watch HERE

After recently coming out of the traps with a superb new single and forthcoming album, award-winning UK based genre-blending roots singer songwriter Elles Bailey today announces her biggest headline tour to date, spanning 16 shows across the UK this Autumn – full dates below.

The tour will see her perform songs from her stunning new forthcoming album Beneath The Neon Glow – out August 9th on Cooking Vinyl Records, with a setlist that will include first taste and album opener ‘Enjoy The Ride’.

Of the tour, Elles explains; I feel so incredibly excited to finally be able to take my upcoming album on tour this autumn with my incredible live band. This is by far my biggest tour to date, playing bucket list venues as a headline artist. I’m so grateful for my fans for supporting me on my journey so far and can’t wait to share with them these new stories. Oh, the adventures we shall have. Sit back, buckle up and enjoy the ride!”

Beneath The Neon Glow sees Elles intertwine British roots, Americana and blues across ten powerfully, uplifting tracks. Produced by Dan Weller (Enter Shikari) and recorded with Elles’ exceptional and trusted live band, the album is an exploration of love’s myriad forms. Through lyrically vulnerable and brutally honest songwriting, Elles delves into the depths of heartbreak, the resilience of friendship, and the enduring power of love that spans a lifetime. From the fleeting moments to the love that withstands the test of time, she fearlessly navigates through the spectrum of human emotion, offering listeners an intimate glimpse into her journey.

I might be new to some people, but I have been around for quite a long while. I’m not here for a flash-in-the-pan moment. I want a long-term career in music. I love what I do. I love that I get to take it around the world. So if I can continue to do that, and just play to larger audiences and continue to grow, that’s exactly what I’ll do.”

With a top 50 album, achieved independently, an ever growing and adoring fanbase, as well as countless awards and a weekly radio show on Planet Rock already under her belt, Elles is ready to take things to the next step and there’s no better album for her to take that journey with.

NEW ALBUM, NEON PILL, OUT MAY 17TH VIA COLUMBIA RECORDS

45-DATE NORTH AMERICAN SUMMER TOUR KICKS OFF ON JUNE 20TH

Today, Cage The Elephant, the GRAMMY® Award winning rock band share their new single ‘Good Time’, off their forthcoming album Neon Pill out May 17th on Columbia Records. ‘Good Time’ follows recent singles from the new album including ‘Out Loud’ and ‘Neon Pill’.

Matthew Shultz shares about the new song “‘Good Time’ was one of those rare tracks that captivated me almost instantaneously.  The instrumentation hit so hard, with an energy that was so commanding, that it was almost as if I couldn’t have kept myself from writing something to it if I had wanted to. Very different from anything we had ever written before, and somehow it still felt relatively familiar in contrast to our prior works. It felt like visually the music was some strange monstrous alien creature thunderously marching and stumbling down a crowded street in the middle of a parade on a sweltering hot summer day or something weird like that. I wanted the vocals to dance around and play with that energy. To be potent and at the same time intuitive or a seemingly random mumbling. As though they were a frantically ranted broken confessional piece. To illustrate as best as possible, psychosis and the entanglement of the inner dialog that constantly circulates when in that state. At the same time, in a playful way, sarcastically proclaiming that it was all just a good time or perhaps more so allowing the sarcastic statement to remain open as more of  a question itself. A party song which beneath the surface, anthemic as it may be, might not be a party song at all.”

The new album finds the Kentucky-bred six piece—brothers Matthew Shultz [vocals] and Brad Shultz [guitar], Daniel Tichenor [bass], Jared Champion [drums], Nick Bockrath [lead guitar], and Matthan Minster [guitar, keys, backing vocals]— forging new musical ground, while maintaining their uncompromising creativity and wildly cathartic performances.

The album is available to pre-order on all formats here

From their humble beginnings in Bowling Green, Kentucky, Cage The Elephant have gone on to become one of the generation’s premier rock bands. They have earned dozens of Gold, Platinum, and Multi Platinum certifications, and tallied over 5 billion streams. Their previous two albums Tell Me I’m Pretty [2015] and Social Cues [2019] garnered consecutive Best Rock Album GRAMMY® Awards. They are maybe most celebrated for their live show. The stage is their home turf, where they are most comfortable, and their performances, ecstatic and unchained, as well as cathartic and soul bearing are what Neon Pill achieves in documenting.

Neon Pill, produced by John Hill, materialised during sessions at Sonic Ranch in El Paso, Electric Lady in New York, Sound Emporium in Nashville, Echo Mountain in North Carolina, and at Hill’s own studio in Los Angeles, and alchemized a season of tragedy and turbulence into the twelve tracks on their sixth full-length album. Nine months  into the pandemic, Matthew and Brad lost their father. The band weathered the back-to-back deaths of friends, while Matthew experienced depression and a mental breakdown, culminating in hospitalisation. Coming out on the other side, he learned quite a bit about himself, and gained a whole lot of strength and wisdom. Neon Pill came to life in the eye of the storm.

Cage The Elephant’s 45-date North American US tour, produced by Live Nation, will kick off on June 20 in Salt Lake City with shows in cities including Seattle, Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City (full dates below), with support from Young The Giant & Bakar on most dates.  Tickets and VIP available for all dates are on sale now here
