Simon & Schuster (UK) Ltd, announced today that they will publish THE STORYTELLER by Grammy-winning musician, documentary filmmaker and fledgling author Dave Grohl. Deputy Publishing Director, Non-Fiction, Ian Marshall negotiated the deal for UK & Commonwealth rights with WME. Grohl is managed by Silva Artist Management. The book will also be published in the USA (Dey Street Books), Finland (Bazar), Germany (Ullstein), Holland (A.W. Bruna) and Italy (Rizzoli).

Dave Grohl has been one of the most beloved and respected figures on the international music scene since his recorded debut with Nirvana on 1991’s generation-defining Nevermind. Grohl took centre stage with Foo Fighters’ 1995 self-titled debut, the first of 10 albums in a massive 12-Grammy-winning streak, most recently including the No 1 album sales charting Medicine at Midnight. Grohl has travelled the planet doing the thing he loves most – playing rock ’n’ roll marathons for tens of thousands of ecstatic Foo Fighter fans. But when the pandemic necessitated going into lockdown, Grohl took stock of how he might use this moment of pause. Channelling his creativity into writing and using his remarkable skill for storytelling, in May 2020 he wrote a moving reflection for The Atlantic on missing the thrill of live music during the Covid era that went viral. Then, ending a longstanding self-imposed exile from social media, Grohl’s new Instagram account @davestruestories was born. This new platform became a way for Dave to share his extraordinary (and funny) stories with fans and fellow music nuts, and now Grohl is set to build upon that momentum with his first book.

Grohl’s new book is as much a celebration of music as it is about the moments that have moulded him into the man he is today. From hilarious childhood mishaps, touching family moments, leaving home to see the world at eighteen, to spectacular stories about Nirvana, Foo Fighters, David Bowie, Joan Jett, Iggy Pop, Paul McCartney, playing drums for Tom Petty on Saturday Night Live, performing at the White House, and even swing dancing with AC/DC, with all love, laughs, loss and embarrassments along the way, THE STORYTELLER is a fascinating look at a life lived loud.

‘There is a common thread that runs throughout everything that I do: storytelling. Whether in song, documentary film or on the page, I have always felt compelled to share moments from my life. This inclination is a huge part of what excites me creatively but also as a human being. In March 2020, realising that my day job with the Foo Fighters was going to go on hold, I started an Instagram account (@davestruestories) and decided to focus all of my creative energy on writing some of my stories down, something I love doing but I’ve never really had the time for. I soon found that the reward I felt every time I posted a story was the same as the feeling I get when playing a song to an audience, so I kept on writing. The response from readers was as soul-filling as any applause in an arena. So, I took stock of all the experiences I’ve had in my life – incredible, difficult, funny and emotional – and decided it was time to finally put them into words. Now with the amazing people at Simon & Schuster I’m excited and honoured to announce THE STORYTELLER, a collection of memories of a life lived loud. From my early days growing up in the suburbs of Washington, DC, to hitting the road at the age of 18, and all the music that followed, I can now share these adventures with the world, as seen and heard from behind the microphone. Turn it up!’ Grohl says.

‘I don’t think I have ever seen such universal excitement in a company, with so many of my colleagues sharing their very personal memories of Dave and his music. But, in the end, what really sets this book apart is the sheer brilliance of the writing: this is a rock memoir that will set the standard for a generation to come, as he truly is THE storyteller,’ commented Marshall.

DAVE GROHL is a 16-time Grammy-winning musician and two-time Emmy-winning director.

Dave Grohl has been one of the most beloved and respected figures on the international music since his recorded debut with Nirvana on 1991’s generation-defining Nevermind. Grohl took centre stage with Foo Fighters’ 1995 self-titled debut, the first album in massive 12-Grammy-winning catalogue that now includes The Colour & The Shape (1997), There Is Nothing Left To Lose (1999), One By One (2002), In Your Honour (2005), Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace (2007), Wasting Light (2011), Sonic Highways (2014), Concrete and Gold (2017) and, most recently, Medicine at Midnight (2021).

Grohl has a well-earned reputation as a prolific collaborator: his various endeavours have included ‘Cut Me Some Slack’, written and recorded with Paul McCartney and Grohl’s Nirvana bandmates Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear;  Them Crooked Vultures, formed with Led Zeppelin’s John Paul Jones and Queens of the Stone Age’s Joshua Homme, late legends David Bowie and Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead, as well as Mick Jagger, Neil Young, Elton John, Nine Inch Nails, Roger Taylor and Brian May of Queen, to name a few.

In 2013, Grohl made his debut as a feature director/producer with the acclaimed documentary Sound City. Named for the Van Nuys CA studio where Nirvana recorded Nevermind in 1991, which would sell more than 30 million copies and transform the modern musical landscape. Premiering to unanimous raves at Sundance and achieving a 100% Rotten Tomatoes rating, Sound City focused both on the history of the legendary studio and on the ongoing fight to preserve the human element of music. Hailed by Peter Travers of Rolling Stone as an ‘exhilarating documentary about what makes life worth living’, by  The New York Times as ‘candy to several generations’ worth of rock fans’ and NPR as ‘a celebration of just how unbelievably awesome it is to make rock music for a living’, Sound City has since been certified as a Gold Longform Video by the RIAA, while the Sound City Real To Reel companion album took the 2013 Grammys for Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media and Best Rock Song (‘Cut Me Some Slack’).

Grohl also directed the eight-part HBO docuseries Foo Fighters: Sonic Highways, which premiered in October 2014 and went on to win two of the four Emmys for which it was nominated (outstanding sound mixing for non-fiction programming and outstanding sound editing for non-fiction programming). Described by Grohl as a love letter to the history of American music, Sonic Highways was comprised of eight one-hour episodes, each chronicling the creation of one song on Foo Fighters’ Sonic Highways album, each written and recorded in a different American musical landmark – Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, Nashville, New Orleans, New York, Seattle and Washington, D.C.

Elvis Costello’s La Face de Pendule à Coucou Out Now

Six Francophone Versions of Hey Clockface Songs

Elvis Costello will release La Face de Pendule à Coucou, a six-track E.P. consisting of Francophone adaptations and re-mixes of songs from Costello’s 2020 album Hey Clockface.

The E.P. – which features contributions from Iggy Pop, Isabelle Adjani and Tshegue – will be released digitally on March 26th and on vinyl this summer by Concord Records.

Listen to ‘La Face de Pendule à Coucou’ HERE

Iggy Pop’s acclaimed version of “No Flag” has already provided a preview of la malice of this collection, which also features a spoken-word rendition of “No Flag” in which Iggy’s famous baritone is heard in dialogue with Costello’s original vocal.

Isabelle Adjani and Steve Nieve contribute a new piano and voice rendition of “Revolution #49” on which Ms. Adjani improvises melodically in response to M. Nieve’s “una corda” piano motif, providing a delicate contrast to her compelling recitation over the Serpent-led instrumental performance from ‘Hey Clockface’.

The French lyrical adaptation for both versions was made by Muriel Teodori and completed in consultation with Isabelle Adjani at the time of recording.

“Hetty O’Hara Confidential” – another of the “Helsinki Sound” recordings from Hey Clockface – receives two very contrasting interpretations on La Face de Pendule à Coucou.

The first is a radical re-working by Tshegue – the Paris-based combination of the Franco-Cuban producer, Nicolas ‘Dakou’ Dacunha-Castelle and Kinshasa-born vocalist, Faty Sy Savanet.

Costello said, “When I heard Tshegue’s single, “Muanapoto”, it provided such a great jolt of energy that I thought they might have fun dismantling and re-assembling this rag doll of a song”.

“Hetty O’Hara Confidentiel” also receives an entirely Francophone lyrical adaptation courtesy of Muriel Teodori and AJUQ. This rendition is led by the enigmatic presence of Etta Somatis, who shares the verses with AJUQ with brief interjections in the original language.

A new edition talking picture for “Hetty O’Hara Confidentiel” by Eamon Singer and Arlo McFurlow – featuring the voices of Etta Somatis, AJUQ et Elvis Costello – will also be released on March 26th, joining the previously released illustrated clips for “No Flag” – in both English and French – and another for the Isabelle Adjani’s rendition of “Revolution #49.”

Watch the lyric video for “Hetty O’Hara Confidentiel” HERE

In Rolling Stone, Iggy Pop explained the genesis of “No Flag (Chanté)” et “No Flag (Parlé)” saying “Nobody official asked for it. It was just Elvis and [his wife] Diana [Krall] asking, ‘Do you want to sing this in French?’ And I thought, ‘Well, the French will be a big chore. I can do that.’”

Costello said of working with Adjani, “When Steve Nieve’s partner, Muriel Teodori told me that she thought Isabelle Adjani might consider reading the French adaptation that Muriel had made of my original text, I assumed that I must be dreaming.”

WATCH “PUSSY MASK” VIDEO FEATURING CHIEF JUSTICE RUTH BADER GINSBURG, REP. ALEXANDRIA OCASIO-CORTEZ  AND DR. ANTHONY FAUCI HERE

DIRECTED AND ANIMATED BY AWARD-WINNING ARTIST LEAH SHORE

Today, legendary feminist icon, musician, producer, and artist Peaches releases astonishing and subversive new track “Pussy Mask,” alongside a surreal music video via Third Man Records. Peaches was called the “Spiritual Godmother of ‘WAP’” by the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation.

Peaches says, “Because of the pandemic, our collective anxieties unite us more than ever. Even though it may not affect each one of us the same way, we all have similar base concerns. A serious reminder that we are all in this together. I wanted the song to be absurd and fun but also a reflection of our concerns. The humor shines some light into our dark, confusing, and frustrating reality.

The shamelessly delightful music video, directed by award-winning artist Leah Shore and animated by Leah Shore and Rob Yuflo, is complete with animated versions of Chief Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and Dr. Anthony Fauci.

Peaches has always been a political figure, with lyrics famous for their focus on social inequality, body image, gender, and age equality. She was called a “heroine” by The New York Times and has spent the past two decades upending stereotypes and challenging social norms while championing issues of gender equality and sexual identity with biting wit and fearless originality.

On her latest releases, she’s more direct and defiant than ever. In just the past 6 months she’s taken on systemic oppression on “Flip This”, celebrated the 48th anniversary of Roe v Wade with friends Cyndi Lauper, Nona Hendyrx, Linda Perry and more on Amanda Shires’ “Our Problem” and last year her seminal album The Teaches of Peaches turned 20, in a retrospective NPR said it fundamentally “shifted the window for sex in pop.” This year she has also collaborated with Dave Grohl, Nick Cave and Tenacious D and co-created Fill The Whole, an online gaming experience, with award-winning directors and digital artists Pussykrew for the prestigious music and arts festival CTM in Berlin.

ANNOUNCE NEW ALBUM LONG LOST
Out May 21st on Whispering Pines Studios Inc./Republic Records

New Single ‘Mine Forever’ Out Now With Official Music Video

Who is Tubbs Tarbell?

After causing a whole lot of chatter amongst audiences and critics alike, Lord Huron have begun to unwind the little riddle they’ve been spinning over the past few months and announce their fourth full-length album, LONG LOST, out May 21st via Whispering Pines Studios Inc./Republic Records featuring new single ‘MINE FOREVER’ – watch the video HERE.

At the same time, the news only raises more questions. What can fans expect? What did the band lose and how long has it been lost? And who the hell is WBUB’s Mr. Tubbs Tarbell? All these questions (and more) have been brewing as easter eggs from the upcoming album have been revealed during Lord Huron’s Alive from Whispering Pines series.

During its first episode, viewers were introduced to Mr. Tubbs Tarbell, fell under the spell of commercials that may very well be lost tapes from the past, and were treated to some incredible performances by Lord Huron. The band played some old songs including “Meet Me In The Woods” and provided a sneak peek at some new songs. The episode also featured a hotline where fans could call in and ask Mr. Tarbell questions and request songs from the band. Episode 2 included additional cryptic clues, more beautiful performances from Lord Huron (including  “The World Ender” and  “Frozen Pines”) and even the secret world premiere of “Mine Forever.” Last night on Alive From Whispering Pines, Lord Huron performed their triple-platinum single “The Night We Met” as well as fan favorites “Ghost on The Shore” and “Never Ever.”

To help answer all these lingering questions, Tubbs has put out an official letter into the multiverse from Whispering Pines Studios describing the mythical tale of recording Long Lost with Lord Huron and the origins of its cosmic music. Read the full letter HERE.

Long Lost will also include the previously released track “Not Dead Yet.” The single has already racked up 1.5 million Spotify streams and 500K video views. Additionally, the guys hit the stage at Jimmy Kimmel LIVE! for a show-stopping television debut performance of “Not Dead Yet.Watch it HERE. Spin claimed, “they sharpened their teeth, while UPROXX described the track as “driving. In addition to plugs from Stereogum and more, Brooklyn Vegan touted it among “Our Favorite Songs of the Week.See full track list for Long Lost below.

Lord Huron first made a name for themselves with their debut album Lonesome Dreams and shortly after Stranger Tales, which featured the triple-platinum single “The Night We Met.” In 2018, Lord Huron earned widespread critical acclaim with their first Top 5 debut on the Billboard Top 2—with their third album, Vide Noir. A cinematic collection of pensive provocative, and powerful rock, the record garnered praise from The Guardian, Uncut, NME & The Line Of Best Fit, as well as NPR, Time, Los Angeles Times, Spin, Stereogum, Refinery29, UPROXX,  and more as singles such as “Wait by the River” and “When the Night is Over” generated tens of millions of streams. The band’s extensive touring includes headline shows at some of the most storied venues in the both the US & UK, including the Hollywood Bowl, Red Rocks, Camden Roundhouse) and prime slots at festivals ranging from Coachella to Lollapalooza to Bonnaroo.

What could be in store for the band next? Only time will tell…As Tubbs says: “As ever, friends, may you live until you die”

Mike Cooley, Patterson Hood & Jason Isbell have announced a special indie exclusive 4 LP box set release of their memorable Live At The Shoals Theatre performance – out June 4th, 2021. Pre-order here.

Nearly seven years ago, Jason Isbell reunited onstage with former Drive-By Truckers bandmates Patterson Hood and Mike Cooley for a special round-style night in Muscle Shoals Music. The setlist includes acoustic versions of Isbell-era Truckers gems including ‘Heathens’ and ‘Zip City’, as well as post-Isbell Truckers tracks like ‘Space City’ and solo Isbell favourites such as ‘Cover Me Up’.

This special event was recorded live at the Shoals Theatre in Florence, AL on June 15th, 2014 by Dennis Crosby, mixed by Gena Johnson and mastered by Pete Lyman.

The 4 LP Box Set (Blue & Red) comes in a high quality matte finish and also includes liner notes from Patterson Hood. All pre-orders of ‘Live At Shoals Theatre’ receive an INSTANT DOWNLOAD of the entire LP.

The release comes off the back of Isbell’s incredible melody packed latest album ‘Reunions’ – out last year – recorded with the 400 Unit and produced by celebrated producer and long time collaborator Dave Cobb – shooting into the UK Top 20 album chart. The result was a seamless collection of ten new songs that delve into relationships with lovers, friends, children, parents, and one’s self.

Drive-By Truckers released two critically acclaimed albums in 2020. THE NEW OK was the band’s 13th studio album and was released in the fall, arriving mere months after the release of THE UNRAVELING. Originally conceived as a quarantine EP collecting material recorded in Memphis during sessions for THE UNRAVELING, THE NEW OK project quickly grew to include provocative new songs written and recorded over what Hood calls “this endless summer of protests, riots, political shenanigans and pandemic horrors.” THE UNRAVELING was released in January of 2020 and was the band’s first new LP in more than three years – the longest-ever gap between new DBT albums. It was recorded at the legendary Sam Phillips Recording Service in Memphis, TN by Grammy Award-winning engineer Matt Ross-Spang and longtime DBT producer David Barbe.

With every new release, we are offered an artist at the height of his powers, fully charged with creativity and confidence. This special 4 LP box set is yet another impeccable addition to his already impressive discography.

65th Eurovision Song Contest To Be Held In Rotterdam – May 22nd

James Newman is back and looking forward to representing the United Kingdom at this year’s 65th Eurovision Song Contest, in Rotterdam, The Netherlands – May 22nd, with his blistering new track ‘Embers’, after the competition was postponed in 2020 because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The first installment, in a year that will see plenty more exciting new music from James, ‘Embers’ is a joyous concoction of explosive dance beats, blended with its gospel-inspired vocals, melodic piano lines and horn sections, coming at the right time as the perfect pick me up in a year that’s now loaded with some much needed hope. The track was recorded last year, and written by and produced by Danny Shah and Connor Blake, as well as Tom Hollings and Samuel Brennan (Melanie C, Zak Abel, 220 Kid).

Shot at RAF Greenham Common in Newbury, the video, directed by Charlie Lightening (Oasis, Pink, Robbie Williams), captures every inch of the song’s euphoria and provides the perfect backdrop for a song that is set to capture the nation. Watch here

James comments; “I wanted to write an upbeat and positive song that people could have a party to,” says James Newman. “ It’s about the spark between people who love each other. Just because you don’t see the people you care about all the time, doesn’t mean that spark isn’t there.”

Last year James co-wrote ‘My Last Breath’ with acclaimed British songwriters Ed Drewett, Iain James and Adam Argyle which was the song entered by the UK in last year’s competition before it was postponed. James released his debut EP ‘The Things We Do’ in Summer 2020 and ended the year with another new collaboration with Armin Van Buuren, ‘Slow Lane’. Whilst in lockdown, James contracted Coronavirus, but is through the other side and has recovered, focusing now on this year’s Eurovision and looking forward to more offerings of new music in 2021.

James is a hugely successful Brit Award winning and Grammy nominated songwriter. He won a Brit for British Single of the Year (2014) for ‘Waiting All Night’, performed by Rudimental and Ella Eyre. He has also written hit singles ‘Lay It All On Me’ performed by Rudimental ft Ed Sheeran, ‘Blame’ performed by Calvin Harris ft. John Newman, and ‘Therapy, performed by Armin Van Buuren and James Newman.

Now that ‘Embers’ has arrived, expect more new music this year from James as he steps out into the spotlight in his own right as one of the UK’s finest songwriters.

DADDY’S HOME

Out May 14, 2021 on Loma Vista Recordings

SEE or HEAR “Pay Your Way in Pain”

“Daddy’s Home collects stories of being down and out in downtown NYC.  Last night’s heels on the morning train. Glamour that’s been up for three days straight.”—St. Vincent

Daddy’s Home, the sixth album from Annie Clark a/k/a St. Vincent, is the latest facet of an ever-evolving artist regarded by many as the most consistently innovative and intriguing presence in modern music.

Annie Clark made her recorded debut as St. Vincent in 2007 with Marry Me. Her subsequent albums would grow in stature and complexity, including Actor (2009), Strange Mercy (2011), and the self-titled fourth album that won the 2014 GRAMMY for Best Alternative Album, making her only the second female artist ever to win in that category. In addition to these solo works, St. Vincent plays nice with others: Her collaborations have included an album with David Byrne (2012’s Love This Giant), a performance as singer and lead guitarist of Nirvana at the band’s 2014 Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction, and a 2019 GRAMMY Awards duet with Dua Lipa.

In 2017, working with co-producer Jack Antonoff, St. Vincent created a defining statement with MASSEDUCTION. As ambitious as it was accessible, the album broke St. Vincent into the U.S. and UK top 10s while landing at #1 on the Best of 2017 lists of The New York Times and The Guardian—and placing high in the year-end rankings of The AV Club, Billboard, Entertainment Weekly, Mashable, The New York Daily News, the NME, Paste, Pitchfork, Q, Stereogum, USA Today, and more.

St. Vincent’s 2018 album, MassEducation, revealed another dimension of MASSEDUCTION. Recorded live in the studio by Annie on vocals and Thomas Bartlett on piano over two nights in August 2017, the album lays bare the exquisite songcraft of its other half, rendering songs like “Slow Disco” and “Savior” and their subjects in vivid, vulnerable new light.

In the winter of 2019, as MASSEDUCTION’s title track won the GRAMMY for Best Rock Song and the album won Best Recording Package, St. Vincent’s father was released from prison. She began writing the songs that would become Daddy’s Home, closing the loop on a journey that began with his incarceration in 2010, and ultimately led her back to the vinyl her dad had introduced her to during her childhood.  The records she has probably listened to more than any other music in her entire life. Music made in sepia-toned downtown New York from 1971-1975.

Gritty.

Grimy.

Sleazy.

Preceded by a foreboding teaser, the first full broadcast from St. Vincent’s synthesis of this era reaches us in the form of “Pay Your Way In Pain,” a slinky slab of sweaty funk—punctuated by a few examples of Clark’s ability to shred vocal cords rivaling her shredding on her signature Ernie Ball Music Man guitar. The song plays like the result of time travelers from the future having booked a session Electric Lady in the early 70s. The video for “Pay Your Way In Pain,” directed by Bill Benz (director of the forthcoming The Nowhere Inn, co-written by and starring St. Vincent), opens up Daddy’s Home’s visual world—a world in which the most forward-looking artist of an era throws herself willingly into a network TV variety hour rabbit hole.

Daddy’s Home is out May 14, 2021 on Loma Vista Recordings. Pre-Save the album now, or pre-order your choice of 8-track (if you know, you know…), CD, Vinyl, Deluxe Vinyl, and Cassette. Or visit https://lnk.ilovestvincent.com/Shop to pre-order exclusive picture disc, merchandise and more.

The album was produced by Annie Clark and Jack Antonoff, recorded by Laura Sisk, mixed by Cian Riordan, and mastered by Chris Gehringer. The music was performed by Annie, Jack, Cian, Thomas, Evan Smith, Sam KS, Greg Leisz, Daniel Hart, Michael Leonhard, Lynne Fiddmont and Kenya Hathaway.

And Candy Darling lived within and presided over it all.

“And your wig, blonde, rolls home waving from the latest uptown train

I never wanna leave your perfect candy dream

So candy darling I brought bodega roses for your feet and candy my sweet I hope you will be coming home to me”

… Daddy’s Home.

New Single ‘Forever After All’

BBC Radio 2 House Music Session for Ken Bruce

Luke to perform ‘Forever After All’ & ‘Refrigerator Door’ with BBC Concert Orchestra
March 12th, 2021

After making its radio 2 debut this morning with Ken Bruce, currently the best-selling country artist in the UK, Luke Combs, today announces his new single ‘Forever After All’, taken from his US chart topping, record breaking, deluxe album What You See Ain’t Always What You Get. Listen here.

Luke will be taking part in BBC Radio 2’s House Music Sessions for Ken Bruce on March 12th, where he will perform ‘Forever After All’ & ‘Refrigerator Door’ alongside the BBC Concert Orchestra. All of this activity marks a year since what would have been a hands down rapturous headline slot at 2020’s C2C Festival.

As well as being the biggest US country artist in the UK, his debut album This One’s For You has smashed 100,000 UK sales, and What You See Is What You Get (including the deluxe version) is fast approaching 75,000 sales. The releases have also spawned five tracks featured on the BBC Radio 2 playlist, and it was recently announced that Luke has been nominated in three categories at the 56th ACM Awards: Entertainer of the Year, Male Artist of the Year and Music Event of the Year (“Does To Me” feat. Eric Church).

It continues to be a groundbreaking time for Luke Combs, whose global No. 1 record, What You See Is What You Get, is newly certified RIAA double Platinum. The award-winning album’s 18 tracks along with five new songs are also featured on Combs’ new deluxe album, What You See Ain’t Always What You Get, which debuted No. 1 on the all-genre Billboard 200 chart as well as Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart.

Additionally, the deluxe album’s song, “Forever After All,” landed at No. 2 on the all-genre Billboard Hot 100 chart—the highest entrance ever for a male country solo artist. With the release, Combs also reached No. 1 on Rolling Stone ’s Top 200 Albums chart, Top 100 Songs chart and Artists 500 chart—the first country artist ever to lead all three charts in the same week and first to top the Artists 500.

Combs also recently made history as the first artist ever to have their first two studio albums spend 25 weeks or more at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart—breaking Taylor Swift’s previously held record at 24 weeks. The achievement comes as What You See Is What You Get topped the chart for the 25th time earlier this summer, while his 2017 debut, This One’s For You, has spent 50 non-consecutive weeks at No. 1—tying the record for the longest reign atop the chart with Shania Twain’s Come On Over in 1997.

Additional notable achievements and recognitions:

  • Winner of two awards at the 54th Annual CMA Awards: Male Vocalist of the Year and Album of the Year (What You See Is What You Get)
  • Winner of two awards at the 55th ACM Awards: Album of the Year (What You See Is What You Get) and Male Artist of the Year

  • First artist to simultaneously top all five Billboard country charts for multiple weeks: Top Country Albums, Hot Country Songs, Country Airplay, Country Streaming Songs and Country Digital Song Sales (dated March 9, March 30 and April 6)
  • This One’s For You is certified RIAA Triple Platinum and was also the most-streamed country album of 2019.
  • All five songs on his The Prequel EP charted on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs Top 25—a feat not accomplished by any artist in 60 years since Johnny Cash in 1959.
